Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old to use the Service. If you choose to engage in sports wagering with third parties, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you meet any minimum legal age and other requirements in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or its users.

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize the Service’s payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.

Subscription charges renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods or unused time. Prices may change, and continued use of the Service after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, scrape, or collect data or content from the Service in any automated or unauthorized manner. You may not replicate, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

You may not use the Service to operate, promote, or facilitate any illegal gambling, wagering, or betting operation, or any contest or sweepstakes that is not compliant with applicable law.

Betting and Financial Risk Disclaimer

The Service provides informational analytics only. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes betting advice, financial advice, investment guidance, or any form of recommendation or solicitation to place a wager or make any financial transaction.

TennisTrove is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, gambling operator, or contest provider, and does not accept or place wagers or bets, hold or manage funds for wagering, charge entry fees for prize-based contests, or award monetary or material prizes based on sports outcomes or user predictions.

All wagering or financial decisions you choose to make with third parties are undertaken at your sole discretion and risk. TennisTrove does not guarantee the accuracy of its probabilities, ratings, projections, or any data used to evaluate matches or competitors. You understand and agree that any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the Service are entirely your responsibility. TennisTrove is not responsible for any losses or damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or related to wagering or financial decisions.

Data Accuracy and Availability

Although we strive to provide accurate and timely information, the Service is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability. We may modify, update, or remove content or features at any time without notice. You acknowledge that data may include errors, delays, omissions, or inaccuracies and that use of the Service is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, analytics, ratings, code, visualizations, trademarks, and underlying technology available through the Service are owned by TennisTrove or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, noncommercial purposes. This license does not permit copying, distribution, modification, publication, creation of derivative works, or training of artificial intelligence models using Service content without written authorization.

User Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other content, you grant TennisTrove a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such submissions into the Service without obligation to compensate you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to share such content and that your submissions do not infringe the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TennisTrove disclaims all warranties, express or implied. TennisTrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages related to loss of profits, bets, wagers, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. TennisTrove’s total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. If you do not agree with this limitation, you must stop using the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TennisTrove and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or have engaged in conduct that harms the Service or its users. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. These Terms survive termination to the extent necessary to enforce rights and obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to the Terms

TennisTrove may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Service with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
